30-day Return Policy

At Printek, we want you to have complete confidence in your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day Return Policy for all products bought directly from the Printek Online Store. Please take a moment to review the details of our return policy.

Defective Out of the Box Products

If you've received a product that is "Defective Out of the Box," you can exchange it within 30 days of your purchase. Defective items may only be exchanged for the same item.

Returns for Non-Defective Products

Products may be returned for refund if all components or items are returned in their entirety and have been unused, unopened, and/or not tampered with. All items must be returned within the applicable return policy period. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original box with all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories included in that carton.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Items that cannot be returned include opened consumable products, tampered or altered products, or items that do not meet the return requirements outlined in this policy. Please contact your Printek sales representative for further details.

Initiating a Return

To start the return or exchange process, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Merchandise returned without a corresponding RA Number will not be accepted. Contact us through our website or call (800) 368-4636 to request your RA Number. We recommend returning the merchandise via UPS, FedEX or US Postal Service with a Return Receipt within 30 days from the date of issuance. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Credits and Refunds

Please allow up to 30 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, a refund check will be issued and sent via USPS. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.
