Printek Trade-In Program

The Trade-In Program enables you to trade-in your older Printek printer, and receive a rebate when you purchase a new or refurbished Printek printer. Printek will pay up to 10% of the original list price for FormsPro 4000 and FormsMaster 8000 Series printers that are in working condition. For example, we will pay up to $350 for a FormsPro 4503 ($3,495 list x 10%) and $430 for a FormsMaster 8003 ($4,295 list x 10%). We will consider taking printers on trade-in that are not in working condition, but at a reduced price. This program is offered only to end-users, not to resellers. You may trade-in one used printer for one new printer; trade-in of multiple used printers for one new printer is not allowed.

To begin the trade-in process, you'll need to download a copy of the Trade-In Rebate Claim Form (this is a PDF file.). After filling this form out completely, fax it to Dean Driscoll, at (269) 925-8539. Please make sure a copy of your purchase order for the new/refurbished Printek printer(s) accompanies the rebate form. Without this purchase order, we will be unable to provide rebates in a timely manner. As soon as the printer(s) being traded in is received, Printek will issue your rebate check. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your rebate check to arrive.

Printek will provide the proper shipping material for you to return your printer. Printek will also pay for the shipping of the printer(s) being traded in, and we'll send you all the necessary paper work for this procedure.
