Printek Helps Tally/Genicom Customers

Printek is expanding its Printek Express Service Program (PEP) to provide service for TallyGenicom dot matrix printers. Given the press of TallyGenicom's situation  and their customer's open support questions, Printek is stepping up to offer TallyGenicom customers the on-site service they need. As a leading provider of innovative and reliable business printing solutions, Printek continues to set the industry standard for all customers that need rugged, high-speed, multi-part form dot matrix printers.

The two service programs offered by Printek for TallyGenicom dot matrix customers include:

  • PEPIII provides premium on-site service. Under PEPIII a service technician is guaranteed to visit the location by next business day.  Parts, labor and travel are included, as is annual preventative maintenance and dedicated telephone support.  The benefit of this program is an annual fixed contract fee, which covers all repairs so that businesses can accurately predict their budget and maintenance costs.

  • The second option is based on time & materials.  This option provides on-site service, as needed, on a pay-as-you-go basis.  Costs will include travel fee plus hourly rate along with related parts costs. 

Printek will offer all TallyGenicom customers a FREE 30-day Test Drive on all Printek printers, both their high-speed dot matrix and ruggedized mobile printers.

In addition, Printek offers a $200 Trade-Up Program to customers who trade-in competitive brand dot matrix printers (Tally/Genicom, IBM, OKI Data, Lexmark and more) for new Printek dot matrix printers.
