REGULAR FACTORY SERVICE
Per Incident Repair: Your Printek mobile printer will be repaired and adjusted to factory specifications. Factory service repairs include a 30-day warranty on parts and labor.
Coverage under Standard Warranty
- All Printek mobile printers carry a full one-year warranty on the entire printer - case, print head, and battery included.
- Printers under warranty coverage must be returned to the nearest Independent Authorized Service Center or to Printek for warranty repair.
- The warranty does not cover damage to printers through excessive mistreatment . Cost of repair for an excessively mistreated printer, if repair can be accomplished, will be that of a Major Repair as shown below.
- Costs for repair of printers not under warranty are as shown below.

Minor Repair includes diagnosis and replacement of covers, gears, rollers, harness and buttons.

Major Repair includes replacement of any or all of the following: main electronics board, print head and interface module.
