With Printek's Remote Printer Set-up Software you can easily organize and control all your networked Printek FormsPro 4000se, FormsMaster 8000se, and PrintMaster 850 Series printers from your desktop. This software will not work with a FormsPro 4300 printer.

The software imitates the set-up controls of the front panel of the FormsPro, FormsMaster, and PrintMaster printers. For instance, you can name your forms, set form lengths, turn AutoCut on/off, and even enable the security feature so that no one else at the location can change the settings. This is all done from the comfort of your desk, providing complete uni-directional control of your networked FormsPro, FormsMaster and PrintMaster printers.

The Remote Printer Set-up Software enables you to set-up or modify:

• Emulations, and more
  

The software also allows you to create configuration files. These files can be stored at the PC host, modified, and then downloaded to any FormsPro 4000se, FormsMaster 8000se, or PrintMaster 850 Series. The remote software allows you to set-up or change the forms settings in the printer at any time, from anywhere.

The firmware version of your FormsPro 4000se, FormsMaster 8000se, or PrintMaster 850 Series printer will determine how this Remote Set-up utility may be used. This version of the utility supports all printer Set-up options available up through firmware Version 021. Remote Set-up may be used with earlier versions of printer firmware, but some features of the software may not be available in the earlier versions. A more detailed explanation on firmware Versions can be found in the help file of this program.

The Remote Set-up Software can be used on any of the PrintMaster 850 Series Printers.
